At Fir Tree College, transition and progression are central to preparing young people for adulthood, particularly for those with additional needs.

We are proud to have a dedicated Transition and Progression Co-ordinator, Eve Fletcher, who supports learners at two key stages of their journey: starting college and moving on to their next destination. She also leads on careers throughout their time at Fir Tree and help them to prepare for life beyond college.

As the Transition and Progression Coordinator at Fir Tree College, Eve supports learners to feel comfortable, settle into college life, and find their own way as they become part of the college community. Eve also aims to empower learners to build independence and confidence, helping to prepare them for their life beyond college.
