As the summer holidays begin, we want to remind all of our learners, families and staff that looking after your physical and mental wellbeing is just as important during the break as it is during term time.
Whether you’re enjoying the sunshine, spending time with friends and family, or simply taking some time to relax, there are lots of free resources available if you need advice, support or someone to talk to.
For more information check out the Government Beat the Heat Guidance here.
Staying safe in the hot weather
With warmer temperatures expected over the summer, it’s important to stay hydrated, protect yourself from the sun and know the signs of heat exhaustion. The UK Health Security Agency has produced helpful guidance on staying safe during hot weather.
