The Supported Internship pathway is designed for young people who want to move into employment or an apprenticeship. It is fully tailored to each learner’s strengths, needs, and future goals, with a strong focus on building confidence and practical workplace skills.

What learners do:

• Workplace placement: Typically 3–4 days a week gaining hands-on experience in a supportive, carefully chosen industry setting.
• College sessions: Focused learning in maths, English, careers, and other modules tailored to individual goals.
